Yet another long overdue post.. Sorry im not a v regular poster, as most of you know, too lazy most of the time~
Just came back from good weather and assholes in Shanghai. I should say i rather enjoyed myself there if not for the people... But then again maybe its just their culture.
Managed to squeeze in tours to Hangzhou plus Suzhou plus a lil bit of Shanghai. Nice weather around 10 degrees plus.. Hehehe. Better than SG by a mile.
Goods there are honestly cheaper by A LOT. If you can buy Vans for 19.90 when it sells for 79.90 in SG, i think its a total ripoff :P
Also did quite a bit of the work there... maths and english(minus summary) were completed, got to practice the new maths topics i guess?
But theres still lots of thing to do.. the insane chinese, chem, study for physics test... Sians. Lucky You Hong helped a lot with the proj haha.
Life at Shanghai was tough for personal reasons.. Couldnt sleep half the time there :( Well, i think thats all cured with a phone call (: HAHA.
Im really beat now from jet lag/waking up at 4 45 in the morning but i think i shall aim to finish chinese compre today ^.^

Well, first post of the year here haha! Been AGES +++++ since i last posted lols.
Anyways, lots of things have been happening... new life, new adventures, larger social circle etc etc etc.
Sec 3 is a really tiring year, but i guess im embracing its challenges? Later sleeping hours, TONS of homework, new teachers and subjects. CCA involvement not so much yet, but im really looking forward to it. Going for the competition in Germany is making me a tad worried.. Will we be able to improve our standard? Only time will tell.
Well, CNY is over as well, some MAJOR misfortunes + minor happiness. Like valentines day and CNY being on the same day + NBA ALL STAR GAME ON ESPN. Hehe. Was rather excited to watch the all star game since Starhub gives free chnls on hols :P ILY STARHUB! Now if only we get EPL back...
Anyways... Valentines day = EPIC WIN. Most people know about this part at least.
Results wise... so far i think not really up to standard. Another resolution for the new year : I GOTTA BE MORE HUMBLE. :P
Haha.. my thoughts are flying everywhere....

Alright this is a specially-requested post... at 1 am... lol
Nothing much these few days, damn bored of the hols alrd -.-
Trying in vain to start my ridiculous 310 word vocab and chinese hmwk..

Went to watch New Moon on its premiere date against my better judgement and.....
IT SUCKED.
Lol. Storyline was quite lousy i suppose. Found the girls who kept wolf whistling+giggling super annoying -.-
But I still think he looks kinda hot haha! :P

Before Alex left for OAL camp, me and Kai Xiang played basketball with him lols. Super funny haha, kept joking and making him laugh :P After a while we decided to play a pickup game with 3 china ppl (all taller than me) cuz we were damn sian alrd. Then Santhi and his uber-zai-point guard fren come and play with us.... AND WE STILL WON. Lol.

Played again last Fri with Joshua, Leon, Kai Xiang and Gordon after bringing my bro to camp. Nothing much.. Gordon PSP screwed up ; cannot ad hoc Fifa 10 lols.

Lol consort on sun = GG. We all died. End of story

As for this week.... feel uber bored... Read and re-read To Kill a Mockingbird and Things Fall Apart alrd. Now trying to do my 310 word vocab.... -.-

Ahh when are my troubles gonna end?!??!?
Feeling quite frustrated now.... Have so many things on my mind..

Just came back from Consort prac today... Im still impressed with the quality of the singers there, which becomes my main motivation to keep coming back every sunday ( and of course learn nice pieces :P)
Then again, quite tiring ba. Still have to self learn the carols for Tuesdays concert + find a black long sleeve collar shirt (if anyone can lend me i shall be eternally grateful).

Tommorow marks the end of practices with Mr Kwei for the holidays with Cat High... Im really pissed off at a certain SOMEONE for canceling the fking practices. What a bitch. Btw, at the rate we are going, we might just get a Silver. So for all the EBChoir ppl out there, its time to pull up your socks and work your ass off to get the Overall Champ that we all want.

I must say, this sec 1 batch is proving to be an extremely uncooperative and disgraceful batch. Bad enough that you cant sing well, but even worse is that you have lousy attitudes. Yall are moving on to be seniors and future leaders of this choir next year, so yall better prove yourself NOW. I sincerely pray that next years sec 1's are better..

Then again, I myself am going to sec 3. With Olomouc coming, it just means that I have to rely on better time management skills and discipline. Already spent some time studying To Kill A Mockingbird and physics, which is turning out to be a nightmare. Havent even touched HCL yet...

God the hols are like the busiest ones ive ever had.... Feeling the heat of concerts to come and daunting relationships. Anyways, i shall begin with our $15 choir camp :P

Day 1 :

Reported to school at 8am, found out that my pre-planned group was not to be permanent~~cuz it was too imba with me and Zheng Da~~. Instead, I got posted to Michael's grp with lotsa Sec 1's and only 1 sec 4 - Tony

Resigned to my fate, we started the first activity, which was getting to know each member better. So we wrote down some of their special interests, hobbies etc etc. Played a game of HedBandz for awhile - its a game where a card with the name of a person, animal, plant, location etc etc is put on your head using a headband(hence the name HedBandz) and you have to ask questions to guess what it is. The thing is,
Broke for lunch - great porridge with eggs + luncheon meat + vegetables. Ate a ton of it cuz i was absolutely starving :P

Anyways, we went out to East Coast after that! Planned activities were Captain's ball + Cycling or bowling. Azaac's weather forecast was that there would be rain and lightning, which was kinda hard to believe at first but slowly became a reality. Soon, after around 15 mins of captains ball, we rushed over to the bowling alley, trying not to get too heavily drenched.

Bowling was really fun. Got my highest recorded score - 99 (cuz of that stupid last pin -.-). I know its really lousy. For our lane, the competition was most often between me and Tony, with each of us winning a game each. After that, paid extra $ for an extra round with Gavin, Leon and Michael. Did terribly -.-

Biggest suprises- 1. Ignatius - Totally imba with his 5 strikes in 1 game lols. 2nd highest scorer of the game with 135 :P
2. Wei Chern (sec 1) - LOL the BIGGEST SUPRISE. His crazy technique got him the highest score of the session - 136. Not bad for one of the shortest and skinniest guys in choir...
3. (BUFFMAN) Zheng Da. - though he didnt get a top 5 placing, his bowling technique was super silent, accurate and cool lol.
4. Elishah - Totally stunned us with 2 strikes wtf. Pwned Ziwei :P

*FYI* Buffman means muscleman lol.

It was still raining really heavily after the session. Had to scoot over to the Macs shelter at the opposite side of the bowling alley, where the bus uncle was supposed to meet us. He ended up parking outside instead cuz the road too small, making us chiong to the bus outside zzz.

Anyways i was really tired and HUNGRY ( lol i eat loads ) and i slept on the bus back to school...

Dinner was great, but anything would have tasted great cuz i was famished :P After dinner is now a blank to me until the part where we auctioned for food and drinks lol. Played Murderer after that, was lucky enuff to be the murderer hehe...

Day 2 :

The next morning PT was dodgeball. Quite fun i guess? Had bread and peanut butter for breakfast. Headed out for badminton and table tennis at Yishun sports hall. Kinda fun cuz i dominated both table tennis and badminton hoho :P (im a imba badminton player LOL)

Lunch was at macs, which was a big relief after 2 days of not-as-indulging food. Soon after was the prac for Sec 4 Appreciation party, which totally sucked -.-

YES IM FINALLY OVER WITH CAMP OMG. Sorry i know this post is long overdue. Just had other things to do bleah. :P

Whats up yall! Havent touched this blog for weeks rofl.
This past week has been real craazy with so many things happening, haven been real lazy to post too :(
Went to chck streaming results - Double Sci + Hist+ Lit Elect
Guess that marks a new chapter and challenge in school life ba. Alrd somewhat looking forward to it :P
The rest of the week was occupied by :
1. Choir
2. BASKETBALL
3. Gym
4. Library LOL.

Today was spent rather well ; hit the gym early in the morning before lunch with the Consort ppl at Food Junction. First time in a loooooooong while that i couldnt finish my super large portions of beef noodles LOL :P
Took 13 to Siglap with the usual gang w/o Chiu Yang cuz he was mugging for HCL O's yall... hehe.
Eugene was nice enough to send me his "high quality" Versions of Maria Durch, Seal Lullaby and O magnum haha. Thanks :)
Talked loads on leaders camp (which i wont be going cuz of well.... family matters :( ), all the complaints on the kite making and powerpoint...
Sectionals on O Magnum, La Perigrinacion blah blah
Consort today was HIONG, esp the cheapo Christmas Carols. Barely smoked my way thru them cuz i was half dazed half confused :P Gotta practice my sight reading. :)
Anyways, Kai Jie damn cute loools. Got another solo part buahahah :P
It went something like this :

Mr Kwei : " Eh Kai Jie go do the solo part hor."
Kai Jie: "HUH?"

Meanwhile everyone sniggers cuz he havent break voice yet, but his solo was superbly innocent and nice, abeit a lil soft :P Suits the song rather well.

Mr Kwei : "Can you all please do your ooh-ing and humming properly? The solo like heaven then you all cannot hum properly. "

LOL. Testament to Kai Jie's proness :P
After consort some of us had to fill in our particulars, then Mr Kwei told Kai Jie not to break voice haha. Laughing, we tried to imagine how Kai Jie would sound like with a imba bass voice hehe :P Entertaining.
Poked a lil fun at Shao Yan also cuz he is allegedly dumping the kite making work to Kai Jie tsktsk. We all berated him haha.
Anyways it was quite scary lols. Around 10+ ppl from TK and CHS were jaywalking to SPC across the road. Turns out there was a police officer that came out. Was staring at us like we commited a big crime LOL.
Loooooong bus ride = BRIDGE. Lol Shao Yan's imba hands hahaa.

To wrap up they school year 2009....
This has really been a fruitful year for me, esp with the support of all the ppl from 2-1 and choir and PB. Just like to say a big thank you for being a part of my 14 year old life.

This year was a strenuous one for me and the choir ppl cuz of SYF 2009. It was a learning curve for us after the screw up during one of the performances we had at the VJC auditorium. I am really glad to be part of this team even though it got a Gold cuz we really tried our best. So once again, thank you to those who influenced me and made me a better person. This failure will only make us hungier in time to come.

This school year was the start of new interests - basketball and gym LOL. Sounds a lil whacked up that a 14 yr old goes gym but yeah its kinda true. Really gives you a sense of satisfaction when you see yourself improving from the paint or becoming stronger.

Lastly how could I ever forget 2-1 '09? Man, you guys were the best. When I look back at my school life, I can safely say that 2-1'09 is the rowdiest and most enjoyable class to be with. Now for some special mentions :

LEON HEE (11) - One of my best frens in Sec 2 + CHINESE TUITION ALLY haha! Influenced me to play basketball. I will definitely miss his retarded joking, laughing and hitting of ppl(tho its srsly quite pain). Will miss the times when we play 2v1 against James Carter and win, times when ZXM always pick on us, times when The thing i rue most is his commitment to Scouts, which takes up lots of his time with us :(

Gordon Tan (10) - MASTER OF PORN. Joking la. Can sometimes be a good fren. Will miss his SUPER funny laughing. Also renowned for the occasional very scary emo-ness + reading New Paper LOL.

Darren Siah (7) - Hmmm our master at jio-ing girls haha! A dependable person who is willing to help his frens who are in the lurch. Will miss his random 3 pointers and super zai running. Liverpool good luck to the title race hoho :P

Joshua Lee (14)- One of my longest friends haha! Usually the person who organises movie outings/bball. Will miss his listening to songs, the times when we played PSP under the table ,monster blocks from behind and consistent jump shooting :)

Alex Lim Zheng An (18) - Our group's nice guy. Never seen w/o a smile on his face :P Will miss his die hard Arsenal/Fabregas mania, times when he doesnt really study but does better than me grrr.... times when "Chris Paul" puts up for 3 or has a brilliant move, times when he always lends me F/N during basketball and perhaps the occasional towel. :P

Lim Kai Xiang (17) - Another nice guy haha. Hmm will miss his "wanna bet?"s, nice smelling clothes (LOL), imba Iphone bills and apps, his craziness for T-Mac. Really wish I could say lots more about him.

Matthew Tang (32) - Our 2nd best girl-jioer! Really wished you had opened up more to me.... Anyways, will be remembered for his uber zai results, courage and a willingness to sacrifice for his frens.

Honourable Mention :

2-1's 3 Musketeers - Nicholas, Oliver and Lian Hao
The Class Clowns would be really fitting. I will miss Oliver's willingness to lend ppl to ppl who need it occasional madness when he chases Gordon. To me, I admire Nicholas for doing well in his subjects and being such a nice guy who always has a smile on his face :) Lian Hao's retardedness at times will also be missed.

Kai Jiun- LOL our very own MR KOOL. I will miss the times where I picked up pen sppining from you in Sec 1. Cant believe you lied to me and said you not leaving the sch lols. (HES GOING TO IP)

Hmm thats all for class mentions. To all the others in 2-1, thanks for making my sec 1 and 2 life a fun and enjoyable time :)

1.41pm. Slept early today to study at night. Scared me when I thought it read 4.40 when i checked my phone cause i STILL havent done that horrible essay! Grr.
On the whole, EOY prep is kinda screwed.. Really need the extra grade to make it to where i wanna go. Cant wait for the weekend so that I can do some last min mugging ( if at all possible )
Therefore : Moderate preparation+HARD EXAM WTF = Pure PWNAGE.
The days are ticking....

Didnt even realise that i had 10k + hits until a few days ago, when it was 11k. Was rather suprised cuz it jumped from like 9k to 11k without me noticing.
Anyways, begged my mum to let me go Consort today... Had a TIRING but ultimately fun time learning 2 songs in 45min? Well technically, 1 song + revision. Next week cant go tho, gotta start preparing for a 55% EOY. Lucky they are learning/revising Asa next week, which we are practicing tmr..

&&& Class earned $1253/$1283 for Homecoming. Great job guys, esp those who worked extra hours(like me) :)

Went for my first Vocal Consort practice today.
Only one word to describe it : OWNAGE
Learnt O Magnum Mysterium by Javier Busto in less than 1 hr WTH.
The song is damn serene and dramatic, with MANY notes going below a Low F, lowest being a SUPER GAY low D WTF. Lucky theres a 1 octave interval so you can hide the fact that you arent singing it.
Hahaha. Before practice started it was damn scary cuz no other cat high basses in VC today
(Kelvin Kong pangseh zzz)
Then, Mr Kwei asked us to side read the score........
I was like : "WTH? Azaac! I cant side read!"
Azaac : " Just try la "
Me : " -.- "
Just sang along ba, caught bits and pieces.
Slowly immersed in tho, split for sectionals, which Mr. Kwei took for basses :P
We combined aft a less-than-1-hr sectional and finished the song. We also practiced Seal Lullaby (which I dont have the score...), another hardcore song(for now..)
Went home with Chiu Yang and Azaac, played Taiti on the bus ROFL. Got the 3 diamonds almost everytime hahaha!

Since my day today was screwed up by Gordon and I have no interest/mood in posting abt themes like friendship and stuff, I shall just post about teacher's day + holiday.
We celebrated teacher's day on Monday and had a boring first 2 periods - HCL and Malay.
Had a unprecedented 10 min duty before going to join 2-1 for basketball. Still remember Joshua's SUPER ACC that day LOL. Scored 3 baskets for myself.
When we when back to class, Alex found out that he couldnt find his $50 that he was sponsoring the class for Homecoming, which is on SATURDAY!!! Anyways, we decided to go down and check the basketball court, but of course to no avail. On the way up to the hall, Changjing and some other prefects spotted me and asked me what I was doing, to which I honestly replied - finding Alex's $50.
The $50 was found in alex's bag(zzz...) and is now in my posession.. Hehe
Had a nice sexy performance, which was UNFORTUNATELY cut off cuz of the gift giving.
Had some innovative games by Keefe and JunXiang, Gave out the gifts to teachers. Mine was Mr Fernandez :)
Listened to a rock band whereby singers were out of tune but players ROCKED.
Went back to see some of my pri sch classmates, some with more acne, some having grown taller. We were supposed to play soccer at XM's house, but I decided not to break my promise to Leon that we would go gym tgt. Went to J8 to find my wallet was missing and headed all the way back to sch. Found wallet at GO cuz Leon's senior, Jerome, had found it and graciously returned it.
Went to gym ( finally ) and had a tiring workout. That was the longest workout i ever did, from 1 40 to 4.
Went to get my W595 fixed....
We still had to go back to school on Tues cuz ZXM wanted to finish the resource pack. Aft she had gone thru mine, i decided to play bball with Wen Xuan before going for the movie, with Gordon promising to call bfore they left. Darren and Desmond came aft awhile, which was quite a good thing since me and WX were uber tired after the 1v1.
Then, Darren told me that they had alrd left and we decided to play some more. Had a H.O.R.S.E game which i won and Bullet, which I almost lost. Tyco.
Almost gonna rain when we ended. Decided to eat at Prime with Darren and we bought snacks to my house, me buying ruffles and he buying otah.
Nicholas arrived at my house shortly after, had a few rounds of taiti LOL. Loser pump 10. I think I got pumped the most LOL.
When Bryan Chong came and we played taiti, it was DAMN funny ! We would put doubles and he would put singles. Throw in all his actions and sounds, and we were in a laughing fit.
These were the more enjoyable days of the week :)

Just doing a quickie on smth I kinda feel strongly about.
Yesterday was quite a day for me.
I had this realisation that I was being kinda isolated from my normal frens which i hang out with often, that we didnt seem that close as last year.
Maybe it was cuz I offended someone? Im sorry if I did.
Hahaha. I just thought that some ppl were just lucky. People like Leon, Even though he doesnt hang out with us so much, we still try to include him during times like booking tickets, whereas i just get thrown aside.
I was kinda emo-ing for awhile before it struck me - I had so many other frens I could hang out with together with.
Rang up Iggy and Zheng Da to meet up for dinner. Ate with them + Ian + Francis, Joash and Shaun Tan. Quite fun LOL. After all, what could be more entertaining than Ian + Francis? Maybe Leon and Gordon. Hahaha.
After the concert, I thought : "Hey, maybe I should just put this behind me." And we went on to BK to have an enjoyable supper. :)
So KX, dont give that bullshit about not feeling wanted. Cuz you are.
Just cuz things dont go your way, like me and Gordon not passing to you, why feel so agitated? Im sorry that we overlooked you, but couldnt you have just put it behind you?
Your fingers got injured. Well, whose fingers havent? It was an accident.
When I get angry on the court, I try not to bring it with me after the game. After all, its just a game.
So please dont emo or whatever just cuz it wasnt your day. After all, your blog is still a source of enjoyment to others.

Well, shouldnt say too much here.
Science MR was again WTF. So damn difficult and out of the box. MCQ alrd quite demoralising -.-
Anyways, Miss Zheng let us have basketball for PE. Hahahaha. Played lousily and got a lil pissed. ~
Mrs Ling let us use com lab for LOTR project. Lotsa retarded stuff hehehe.
Got scolded by Miss Chow. The class decided to go back late for Chinese but ZXM let us do our own stuff anyways~
Miss Khoo came to scold us. Gave us some rubbish essay. ZZZ.
Went over to Pizza Hut and then to Yishun for bball after Vocab Test. Heh. I seem to play better outside school lool.
Was late for HCL tuition, which rocked hahaha.

Hahaha. I was just reading Alex's LONG LASTING blog when i decided to take a look at the older entries, some of them more than 1 year ago. Twas seriously really interesting and I found myself remembering old moments like ZXM remedial(lol)and soccer after remedial(3v2 hehehe), Mr Ng's toot jumping jacks and things like last years Champions League Final.

I think its amazing how our class has grown so much over this year and 3/4. We have bonded, joked and had a laugh many a time, like when Lian Hao does smth retarded or Michael gets called a baboon. And of course, we had our share of inspirational gossips, be it about teachers or students alike. But the best part is, I dont think that other than a select few, most of the others will have a lasting impression of this class.

Like when Victor gets teased for his gayish manner of whacking ppl and TORRR + AHMA .
Like when Lian Hao always has a laugh or smile on his face even though we tease him so much.
Like when Oliver plays the occasional gentleman and treats ppl to lunch
Like when Marcus starts his speech when Mrs Ling asks him : " Marcus, where is your rubrics?"
Like when Leon and Gordon suddenly start making ppl laugh when they laugh.

Come to think of it, time passes really quickly.
Soon, we are gonna go our separate ways.
Whatever it is, I hope that we will always stay as one 2-1 :)

Then others arrive, including a group of choir singers led by a boy of superior bearing barking commands. His name is Jack Merridew. When the boys introduce themselves, Piggy pipes up, asking that a name be repeated. But Jack says, “You’re talking too much. Shut up, Fatty.” There is laughter all around. Meaning well but further embarrassing the fat boy, Ralph says, “He’s not Fatty, his real name’s Piggy.” There is more laughter, louder this time.

Using the rules of civilization taught at school, the boys assemble to choose a leader. Jack nominates himself and all of his choirboys vote for him. But Ralph–who seems bright and sensible and who is, moreover, the holder of the conch, which is perceived as a symbol of authority–gets the majority of votes. To pacify Jack, Ralph appoints him and his choirboys as hunters. Of course, there is plenty of fruit on the island, the boys have discovered. But they hunger for more substantial fare: meat.

When Ralph, Jack, and another boy, Simon, explore the inland forest, Jack carries an invaluable tool: a long, sharp knife–ensconced in a sheath–that he brought with him from the plane wreckage. They climb a summit from which they observe the entire island, which is boat-shaped. On their way back, they hear rustling and squeals. The source of the sounds is a baby pig caught in a tangle of plant growth. Food! Jack has an opportunity to stab it with his knife, but he hesitates and loses his chance. The next time, he says, he will show no mercy.

Late in the afternoon, Ralph blows the conch, summoning all the boys for a meeting. First, he tells them that he, Jack, and Simon found no signs of other human life on the island; they are alone. They did discover, however, that there are pigs on the island to enliven their diet. Next, he makes a rule: Whenever anyone speaks at a meeting, he will hold the conch, signaling that no one must interrupt him. When another person wishes to speak, he will raise his hand and the conch will be passed to him.

A little boy, crying, says he has seen a “snake-thing.” The other boys doubt his story, suggesting he had a nightmare. There are no “beasties” on the island, they assure him. To further hearten everyone, Ralph says his father, a navy man, will rescue them. The British, after all, have maps of every island everywhere; one day, rescuers will come. When Ralph suggests that they build a fire on a nearby mountain, everyone jumps up and carries dry wood and leaves to the site. No one has any matches, so Jack snatches Piggy’s eyeglasses and gives them to Ralph, who kneels down and holds the lenses over the wood pile until the concentrated sun rays start the fire. There is applause.

When it is decided that someone must maintain the fire and continually create smoke visible at a distance, Jack volunteers to have some of his hunters take on this task. While the boys are talking, the fire burns out of control. Piggy–annoyed that the others have been acting hastily–“like a pack of kids,” says they should have put more planning into how to maintain the fire; instead, everyone just jumped up and built it without deciding what to do next. What’s more, he says, “The first thing we ought to have made was shelter down there by the beach. How can you expect to be rescued if you don’t put first things first and act proper?”

A while later, an explosion from the fire sends vines into the air. Some little boys shout “Snakes! Snakes! Look at the snakes!” Before sunset, Piggy discovers that one of the little ones is missing. He is never found.

When the boys build huts, they all pitch in enthusiastically at first. Then many of them–mostly the “littluns,” as the youngest children are called–gradually drop out to swim, play games, or forage for fruit.

“All day I’ve been working with Simon,” Ralph tells Jack, who has just returned from an unsuccessful hunting expedition. “No one else. They’re off bathing, or eating, or playing.”

Ralph then asks Jack to help, but Jack says he has to pay attention to hunting. “We want meat.” The boys are on the brink of an argument when they change the subject and talk amiably. Ralph confides to Jack an unsettling thought: When he was in the forest, he felt that something was hunting him. The conversation then returns to pigs and shelters–then the fire. Ralph reminds Jack several times not to forget about the fire.

The next day, Jack and his boys smear clay on their faces as a sort of camouflage, then go off on another hunting expedition. On the beach, Piggy suggests to Ralph that they plant a stick in the ground to make a sun dial. But Ralph, preoccupied with the burden of leadership, turns away. By and by, he spies a silhouette on the horizon. A ship! He turns to check the signal fire, but sees no smoke. Maybe the fire is out. Frantically, he tears up the mountainside, then stops. Piggy’s glasses! If the fire is out, he will need them. But if the fire is still alive–. No time to waste. He keeps running up the mountain. At the top, he discovers the worst: The fire is dead. As the ship begins to disappear, he shouts at it–“Come back! Come back!” No use. In moments, it is gone.

A while later, Jack returns triumphantly from the hunt. Two of his boys are carrying a pig on a pole resting on their shoulders. All of the hunters are chanting: “Kill the pig. Cut her throat. Spill her blood.”

Ralph, livid with anger, shouts at Jack, “You let the fire go out!” When Piggy also rebukes Jack, the hunting leader doubles him over with a punch to the stomach. Then he slaps at Piggy, and his eyeglasses go flying. One of the lenses shatters on rocks. Ralph and Jack argue, but after tempers cool the boys build a new fire, roast the pig, and eat. When Jack doesn’t offer any meat to Piggy, Simon gives Piggy a portion.
That evening, Ralph calls a meeting to restore discipline and respect for the rules, presenting the following grievances: (1) The boys neglect to refill coconut shells used to hold fresh water for everyone; (2) they shirk their duty to work on shelters; (3) they do not use the rocky area designated as a “lavatory” but, instead, excrete their waste wherever they please; (4) they make separate fires, causing them to neglect the signal fire on the mountain.

From now on, he says, everyone must abide by the rules–and there will be only one fire, the signal fire. To allay growing fears, Ralph declares that there are no beasts to be afraid of; there are only overactive imaginations. Jack seizes this opportunity to ridicule the small boys for believing in such creatures, calling them crybabies and telling them they must learn to live with their fears. But a boy named Phil nevertheless swears he saw something “big and horrid” in the forest. Another boy, Percival, claims that a beast hides in the sea and comes out at night. There is also talk of ghosts. Then boys start talking out of turn; confusion and disorder result. Piggy then speaks up: “What are we? Humans? Or animals? Or savages?”

Jack tries to declare himself the new chief, then storms off when he fails. Ralph begins to doubt his ability as a leader and speaks of resigning. Piggy and Simon urge him not to.

Overnight, under shimmering stars and a bright moon, an explosion erupts in the sky, and an airplane goes down in the sea, leaving behind a spiral of smoke and a parachutist falling to earth. He lands in the island’s forest, his lines tangled and hung up between a tree and a rock. He is dead. But his body bobs and sways in the wind, and the parachute billows and flaps. Nearby, twins Sam and Eric, who are tending the mountain fire, hear strange noises. As dawn nears, they investigate and, in the dim light, perceive . . . the beast!

Tearing down the mountainside, they awaken Ralph and the other boys, crying out their tale of horror. There is an assembly at which the boys recite the details of their experience, describing the beast as furry and having wings.
“There were eyes–”
“Teeth–”
“Claws–”

Ralph notices the cuts and tears the twins suffered in their rush down from the mountain through the heavy forest growth. He is now convinced that there really is a beast after all. The faces of the others are stricken with terror

Although the boys are all genuinely frightened, they realize they must hunt the beast down. To remain confined to the beach, cut off from their food supply, is out of the question. So Jack, Ralph, and the rest of the older boys set out to track the creature while Piggy remains behind with the small boys. Jack leads the way. Simon, not far behind him, is the only one who doubts the existence of the beast. He regrets that he lacked the courage to speak up at the assembly.

Their destination is a high point on the far side of the island where they believe the beast has his lair. After nearing the site, Ralph, as chief, decides to steal forward alone. The others observe from bushes. Moments later, however, Jack joins him. When they arrive at the site, they find nothing. Ralph then notices that no smoke is rising from their signal fire in the distance. Other boys, realizing that there is nothing to fear where they are, come out of hiding and begin to roll rocks down the hill. When Ralph orders everyone to leave, some of the boys want to stay and play. Ralph says, “There’s no signal showing. There may be a ship out there. Are you all off your rockers?”

They all then head back to the other side of the island. On the way, they discover fresh pig droppings. Jack says, “Ralph–we need meat even if we are hunting the other thing.” Ralph agrees.

When a big boar crosses their path, Ralph hurls a spear that strikes it. The animal then changes directions and disappears into the forest. Ralph brags about his spear throw, and Jack shows a brush burn on his arm that he says the pig caused. The boys are excited now, and they reenact the scene, one boy, Robert, playing the charging pig, and the others jabbing at him. Later, as the afternoon merges into evening, they climb the mountain to the signal fire. There, like Sam and Eric before them, Jack, Ralph, and Roger hear noises and see the monster, a figure resembling an ape sleeping in a sitting position. It is, of course, the dead parachutist, his body still lodged between the rock and the tree.

The following day, Ralph tells Piggy about their sighting of the beast. Downcast, Ralph thinks there is no way to kill it and no way to maintain a signal fire, for the beast sits near the mountaintop as if ready to attack anyone who goes there.

“What about my hunters?” Jack says.
“Boys armed with sticks.” Ralph replies sarcastically.
Insulted, Jack goes off in a huff.

At an assembly, Jack informs everyone about the beast, then twists Ralph’s words, saying he accused his hunters of being cowards. He concludes that Ralph is not a “proper chief, ” then leaves, soon to be joined by his loyal followers. He believes he is the new chief.

Piggy, glad to be rid of Jack, tells Ralph all is not lost, for they can build a fire on the beach. Ralph perks up, and so do the rest of the boys. They immediately gather wood and start the fire, although they realize it is a formidable task to keep a big fire going without the help of Jack’s boys. So they settle for a small one.

Meanwhile, Jack and his boys go on another hunting expedition, deciding to search only for pigs. If they kill one, they will leave part of it behind to appease the beast. In almost no time, they find and kill a sow in a bloody struggle. Simon, who had wandered into the forest, is observing everything from the cover of leaves. The hunters cut off the head of the pig and impale it on a stake, leaving it behind as a gift for the beast. After they leave, Simon gazes intently upon the head and the flies buzzing around it.

The hunters now have meat but no fire and no means of starting one, so they storm Ralph’s beach site and steal burning sticks from his fire. Before leaving, Jack invites everyone to join him and his boys at his site for food and fun. He and his raiders then trot away.

Ralph tells his followers they must remain at the fire to keep it going. There could be a ship. They could be rescued. But one of the boys, Bill, argues in favor of attending the feast, saying it would give them an opportunity to ask for help in maintaining their fire. Besides, there will be meat. Sam and Eric think it will be fun to attend and, of course, they would enjoy the meat.

Back in the forest, the impaled pig’s head–the Lord of the Flies–seems to speak to Simon: “Fancy thinking the Beast was something you could hunt and kill! You knew, didn’t you? I’m part of you? Close, close, close!”

So there is no beast in the forest, Simon realizes; there is only the beast inside the boys–the evil that has been gradually corrupting them. Simon wanders off again, this time to the mountaintop–and verifies that what others thought was a beast is really something else, a dead parachutist. He must go down immediately and tell everyone.

Storm clouds are gathering on the beach. It is hot. Ralph and Piggy are bathing in the pool while little ones play at the edge. Bill, Sam, and Eric have gone to Jack’s party. Piggy suggests that he and Ralph go too–“to make sure nothing happens.” Jack accepts the advice. Sam and Eric remain behind.

When they arrive at Jack’s site, boys are dancing and singing, their faces greasy with meat. There is also fruit, and coconut cups are full of water. There is a moment of silence and uneasiness when Ralph enters the camp, but in a short time–after Ralph and Piggy join in the laughter–merriment returns and Jack passes around meat. However, a short while later, Jack creates discord when he invites Ralph’s boys to join his tribe. When Ralph and Jack argue over who is chief, Ralph declares that he is the keeper of the conch, giving him the power to call assemblies, but Jack says the conch means nothing to him. Meanwhile, some of Ralph’s boys abandon him for Jack.

Thunder booms. Raindrops fall. The flashes of lightning–followed by cracks and rumbles–make the bigger boys uneasy and terrify the little ones. Jack rallies them by telling them to do their dance. Forming a circle, they dance and chant, “Kill the beast! Cut his throat! Spill his blood!” Little ones form their own circles. Ralph and Piggy watch and, considering the storm and the darkness of the night, are only too willing to be part of the festivities.

In a short while, the dancers work themselves into a frenzy–just as Simon walks out of the forest, a shadowy figure whom some of the boys say is the beast. In a moment, the dancers are upon him, poking sticks, clawing, biting, tearing. Simon dies.

The next day, Piggy and Ralph are back at their own beach site, disheartened. Piggy tells Ralph that the only other ones left in their group are Sam, Eric, and a few little ones; the rest have all gone over to Jack. When they talk about the night before, Ralph characterizes Simon’s death as murder. Piggy says it wasn’t so–especially because of the way Simon came out of the woods, taking everyone by surprise. Ralph says:
“You were outside. Outside the circle. You never really came in. Didn’t see what we–what they did.”
Piggy insists it was an accident. After they ruminate further over Simon’s death, they turn their attention to maintaining a fire started earlier by Piggy.

During the next night, Jack, Maurice, and Roger attack Ralph, Piggy, and Sam and Eric. Piggy isn’t any use, but Ralph, Sam, and Eric give their adversaries a fierce fight and drive them off. However, Jack comes away with a prize–Piggy’s eyeglasses.

Ralph and Piggy, accompanied by Sam and Eric, go to Jack’s camp and, using the conch, attempt to call an assembly. When Jack orders them out of the camp, Ralph demands Piggy’s glasses. Jack refuses to return them. Ralph calls Jack a thief, and Jack lunges at him with a spear. Ralph parries it with own spear. They fight close in for a while, then break off. Ralph appeals to reason, saying their only hope for rescue is to join forces and maintain the fire. Some of Jack’s boys surround, capture, and tie up Sam and Eric. Ralph loses his temper and attacks Jack. They exchange blows.

Piggy holds up the conch and demands to speak. Out of curiosity, everyone listens. “Which is better,” he says, “law and rescue, or hunting and breaking things up?”

Jack and his boys form into a solid wall to launch an attack. From above, someone pushes a rock from a precipice. It strikes and kills Piggy. When Jack and his boys charge, Ralph runs and hides in the forest while the others track him down. They set a fire that forces Ralph onto the beach. Running for his life, he stumbles and falls. When he looks up, he sees a British naval officer, who tells him he has seen the forest fire.

Ralph breaks down, crying “for the end of his innocence,” author Golding writes, “the darkness of man’s heart,” and the death of “the true, wise friend called Piggy.”

In the distance, a cruiser waits to return the boys to civilization.

In my opinion, this summary was MUCH clearer than the play. Haha. They should have explained it better...

Well, my 2 month long streak w/o being sick has evaporated on the 1st of August...
Contracted some respiratory infection, lotsa phlegm and abit of chills..
Kinda irritating to be missing school at this point of time, though im still rather relieved to have 2 whole days to do my Chem journal(which everyone should agree with me that its screwed up..)
I Missed Gong Han test, will be missing vocab test tmr. Not to mention any last min notes. Haiz. I think i should ask for some remedial LOL.
Feel really unproductive :X

Its been a really loong week...

Monday was my first choir practice since the start of school... All admin.
Played bball and realised after playing with my classmates for so long, Im not used to playing with TALL PEOPLE ( Tin Hsiao ) Superman got pwned by Shaq LOL.
When i went home, my phone screwed up. TUV 8 button + backspace + WALKMAN button could not work. Irritating.
Luckily it fixed itself :P
Anyways, I realised I couldnt charge my phone or USB cuz my earpiece adaptor broke INSIDE.
Absolutely fantastic.

Tuesday was more basketball, this time 2-1 vs sec 4's. We got completely dominated, which was kinda expected since they were so much bigger and stronger than us...
Played a friendly game, with me, this sec 4 called Nigel and 2 sec 1's - Benjamin and Wye Kit. Won 11-10. :P
Full court 2-1 vs sec 4 + 1 was REALLY FUN. Ahahah. Run here run there.
Went to get my phone fixed FOR FREE at Prime Mart with Darren. Treated him to Bubble Tea.

Wednesday was kinda wasted in my opinion...
Released at 12 50 and decided to go LAN. 8 people went - Me, Alex, Joshua, Matthew, Lian Hao, Kai Xiang, Gordon and Leon.
Played one hour ONLY . Matt had to go home.. Joshua wanted to watch Harry Potter at home and Alex wasnt feeling well.
Me, Kai Xiang , Leon , Gordon and Alex took a taxi from Dhoby all the way to Toa Payoh, where Leons house was. Alex went home from there.
Played table tennis, rather fun :)

Thursday was basketball time. Played at primary school court for a while before going Marymount. Had 3v3 match with 2-1 + some guy.

Friday was choir for selected. SAng all the oldie pieces like Gaude Maria and Exultate Justi. Extremely SEXY. Went over to Bishan Library to help some UNGRATEFUL INGRATE with her maths hmwk. So easy la. Chinese tuition was funfunfun :)
Went home and slept like a pig.. zzzz

Today... hmmm.
Maybe I will go shoot some hoops and hit the gym or smth . :P

Hahaha here ends a memorably F.U.N day :)
Went Joshua's house for Lord of the Rings project + Homework + XBOX + Basketball LOL :)
I reached there around 11.15 and started doing maths wksht 10D while waiting for Alex to come so that we could ~~play~~ start doing the project
Just finished maths when Alex arrived with his delightful Chewy Donuts. Kop-ed Joshuas HCL resource pack answers...
Alex showed me Joshua's mini hoop behind the door. I think im addicted to dunking on it lol! Alex and I were spamming windmills, 360 etc etc.
Finally started on the project , found some ownage wallpapers and fooled around with fonts and colours :D
Felt that LKY was rather hard to research on ~~cuz we really felt like playing~~ and went down for some chewy donuts.
The cream inside was damn good la. Too bad it was kinda cold :X
Did abit more for the project, kept bugging Joshua for NBA 2k9 on Xbox.
Went down for some pasta lunch. Super delicious sauce :DD
Anyways, popped back upstairs for some more dunking and NBA 2k9 on Joshua's Xbox 360.
Joshua won me and Alex. Think i showed improvement ~~aft losing by 11 points cuz the last time i played with Joshua i seriously got pwned by 30+ points :X~~
Tried the Dunk Contest. Epic fail ...
Anyways, Joshua's mum came up and told us that she bought curry puffs and made Ice Lemon Tea. The lemon tea was awesome haha~
Headed for Thomson CC for bball. reached there and found out i left my wallet and phone at Joshua's soccer table..... -.-
Alex and Joshua didnt seem to like the hoop at Thomson CC, went to Marymount court, which was empty as usual.
Played 1v2 rotation and ABC. Won ABC + 3pt :DD
1v2 rotation was quite fun ba.. Won by myself 3 times yeah! When i was playing with a teammate, kept trying to box ppl out LOL. Super effective la :)
Joshua got injured ~~again~~ at marymount... So unlucky for him lol. His lip was bleeding quite badly...
Anyways, had to walk back to Joshua's house and take a bus back home ....
Was a rather fun day for me :D

Hahahaa here ends a tough week. TIRING.....
LOTR MCQ test..... hope can get 27/30 at least?
Todays PE was screwed la. First tio pumped by Miss Zheng cuz we slack and never fall in.
Tio pumping position again for not running fast enough ~~(my ass)~~
Then play Frisbee awhile...
Alex was laughing at Marcus and threw the Frisbee on the floor when Miss Zheng was behind him. We got owned.
Screwed up la. My shoulders damn pain haha....

No CCA, which means that the usual ppl have been hanging out and bballing.
Went over to Leons house today , their PW group filmed some bball crap ahaha. Super hilarious and nonsensical :X
Played 4v3. Me , Joshua and Matthew VS Wenxuan, Alex , Leon and Shao Kai.
Pwned like shit until 11-5. The other team caught up until 12-13. Absolutely brilliant.
Hahaha. Still won 15-13 lool. Play bball alot of times oso very close score :)
Anyways, played H.O.R.S.E . Nice one la, i got pwned first by Joshua, whose orthordox shots completely owned me ahaha~

New Sci + Geog teachers. Miss Khoo is damn good but owns you like some hardcore dog if you forget stuff. Made those who never bring homework hold pumping position for 2 periods omgwtf .. Lucky i learnt my lesson last year, never bring contents page tio owned like shit.
Mrs Pang? Gosh. Global citizen... Why the geog teachers dont just do the syllabus??? Better than Narfizah though ;D

Yesterday was a rather fun day for me :D
Went to watch Transformers 2 with my bro today . Mind blowing action and slow-mo hahaha!
Megan Fox running slow mo = super hot LOL.
Plus got this girl trying to seduce Sam, got this metal tail coming out from her anus. :X
Blue panties ROFL. Pointed out to me by Alex hahaha~
Anyways, when leaving the cinema, saw Ivan at Macs.

Chionged home to change, played bball at Bishan Active with Leon and Alex.
First match was me and Gordon vs Alex and Leon.
Lost narrowly. Solo-ed all the points for that game rofl. Tired like crap.
2nd game was me and Leon vs Gordon and Alex. Won with choir + scout + muscle power :DD
Played a lil H.O.R.S.E with Leon losing the game :D Almost me lols.
Alex was owning me with reverse lay ups (which im rather lousy at). I owned Gordon with my alley oop LOL.
Left for bubble-tea and refreshments. Headed to Whitley court.
Played semi finals : Me vs Leon and Alex vs Gordon.
Final : Me vs Alex. Lost 5-2 ahahah.
In the end, we played the All Star game. Me and Alex vs Gordon and Leon.
They stunned us with a 5-0 lead, make us catch up and win narrowly ahahah.
Leon left soon after. Played with the other ppl there.
Me and Alex almost won, but surrendered a rare lead to lose 10-12.
Ate dinner by myself. Chatted with Chiu Yang :D

What a day.....

Went Gym in the early morning, 720 am. Ate my breakfast at macs.
Went there train awhile before Nicc haw had to go , accompanied him on the bus back to school while i went home.
Stone-ed. Dwnloaded Chinese hmwk. Ate Toast Box for lunch >.<
Anyways, choir was like super godlike today, so many laughs la.
Firstly, we had warm-ups from Azaac our new Student conductor *clapclap* . Rather funny cuz Zheng Da + Iggy + Gerrard + Jordan kept laughing at Azaac and it was quite infectious , esp with Jordan's bastard smile *wink*
Went thru Iddem w/o Sec 4's, TTBB were complimented on sound quality but had to work on projecting louder.
Anyways, voice testing arrived :)
I was the first to be tested(like last time), no change obviously :X
Hit an E, was quite disappointed that other basses (including perry omg) could hit it as well...
Worse, Bendict (my junior) hit a eflat. OHMYTIAN >.<

Nothing funn to do, most of F6 quite busy. With Matthew in Perth, Leon mostly at Scouts, Darren... not too convenient for a bball game...
Spent most of my time studying (-.-) , hitting the gym, bballing, you name it, I've probably done it...
This week was quite okayish? Hahaha.

Started off the day with Icebreakers, just like PB camp lols.
Back then it was Nobel + YL + Heimaocong(TEEHEE) + ZONGDA
We made them do a forfeit- Pole dance w/o Zongda cuz he not man enuff >.<
Anyways, I was glad i picked up a few names like

Excellent game, with Brian Foo and Marcus Chia getting forfeits, Sang a soft version of Im Yours, let them off >.<

Afterwards was the presentation on social cues . Watched Brat Camp + Gurmit Singh comedys, picked up a few notes on my hp ~

Time for the best part .......... LEARNING JOURNEY/AMAZING RACE '09 !!
Started off by getting 10.0 s on my handphone clock(Task 1) bfore rushing down to the track for Task 2, which involved 5 group members running this relay and passing a mesage, which was: Madam mini mouse mozell went to mickey's magic minimart at minnesota to meet mini me. Quite a mouthful as ya can see~
Anyways, we completed it on our 2nd try and moved on to Task 3
Leon's station involved keeping quiet in the libary for 15 min w/o doing anything. Gave my group a 1 min penalty cuz I glanced at my phone -.-
We were 2nd to leave the station, and as our next task was VCH, we decided to get some light food at 7-11.
Met Iggy's group on the train. Decided to split up, my group taking the City Hall route while Iggy took Raffles Place.
Walked briskly towards VCH. Stayed at the rear and conducted head counts every 10 min :D Saw Iggy's group reach there slightly bfore us >.<
Anyways, Zi Wei the station master gave us Task 3 - 3 examples each of enduring sucesses and normal sucesses. Took photos, most memorable being the one where we took ourselves as we were a sucess for coming in 3rd (so far)
We were the first group to finish. Headed over to ChinaTown's OG Building, where Task 4 awaited. The clue was : O is the coefficent of G
Kinda nicely put :)
Anyways, beat the other groups by a long run. Jordan gave us our last task aft hearing that we had taken some light food along the journey. We decided to jiak kuay beng ( eat chicken rice ) at the nearby hawker centre while pondering the clue. They had given us slips of code on the tasks, which when typed onto a phone would give Holic High. Kinda obvious where we had to go -.- Anyways, we decided to use MY strategy of saving time ><
How? By taking a taxi back from Chinatown, which only cost us $2 each.
Anyways, decided to alight at J8 and walk back to avert suspiscion.
Reached the school first where Leon was waiting to welcome us.
Well, I really enjoyed working with you guys, and I think we understood each other a little(or alot) better.

Had our ethic dinner. Uber spicy curry lols.
Chatted with Iggy and Ziwei abt camp so far, had a bit of leadership talk .
Anyways, when night fell, it was pitch black.
Went for the Trust obstacle course, which consists of bindfolded guy(ME!) and his director. The maze was rather tough when you cant see it. Luckily i followed ZhiPeng's and Luis's excellent direction >.<
My group went for Night Walk almost right after everyone had finished, not too scary cuz i was the second guy, who didnt have to wear a blindfold and was therefore the groups director. Walked through the pitch black canteen route before going back to the grandstand area. Next was a lil Murderer, which i was commentating with Zi Wei and Iggy I think.
Had a bit of reflection on games, feedback on camp. Mr Leong gave some talk that reliterated our reflections. Went to bathe first, first one there. Played a lil with those in the cubicles cuz there was no lock. Threatened to throw dirty laundry into the cubicle etc etc
Went back up, heard abt some seniors getting cup noodles from Staff Lounge.
Me and Iggy followed them. In the end, we ended up listening to Mr Leong's tips on conflict management+ Burning my tougue on 2 cups of ownage Milo >.<
Slept fitfully . Day 1 concluded.

Day 2 started with arranging the tables and chairs back. Stretched for awhile, refereed a lil Dog&Bone.
Then came .... WATER BOMBBBBB :DDDDD
Supreme ownage. Threw this uber cold one at Kai Jie :D
Out of the leaders who played, the worst of was Azaac >.<
Got pwned by a bucket :X
Anyways, we left a huge mess , not to mention the bill.
Had Chee Cheong Fun + Otah for breakfast.
Learning journey 2: Taught Sec 1's and 2's who were interested to learn Basketball. Went with basics, had a mini match during the last half hour. Me and ChaoQun were blazing hot laa, ownage pumps and fakes :DD
Played Murderer while waiting for the guys to get the Music Room ready.
Talk on enduring sucess lasted all the way to lunchtime after sweating our butts off >.<
Before lunch, my group received our prize for winning the Amazing Race.
It was a tub of Double Fudge Brownie Ben&Jerry's ice cream !
At first, i was kinda disappointed when we got it, It seemed so small compared to other prizes. But after trying it, I had no doubt of its quality >.>
Lunch was Mixed Rice, devoured 2 packets.
After lunch was the research on enduring sucess . My frp simply borrowed books and devoured them while having Macs LOL.
Came back for the Visualistions presentation. Which the speakers from my grp screwed up....
Nvm. It was a fun time playing Taboo and Charades while some other groups prepared their presentation.
Dinner awaited, Char Siew Rice LAWL.
Had a briefing session on the Ticket selling...

Got a Ferrero Rocher from Nicc Ow, another from OLK . Both thought i had stepped up a lot as a leader in Sec 2. Thanks guys >.<

Its the end of school...
Somehow i feel tht sense of regret again. That sense drives me up the wall.
I did try, worked harder for it than i ever did for anything else.

Sec 2's are getting more responsibility now. Everything is changing, ppl taking up new positions, moving up the ranks... I just hope that they learnt from the lessons our seniors had gone thru, that they would not find themselves in that same precarious situation . Friday was rather fun, had to take a train to Woodlands AND take a taxi from there to Replublic Poly. I was rather shocked when i reached there - the poly was so darn big >< . Played mass bridge there too, was suprised at my wins and losses.

Did I mention i HATE being terrorist in de dust? Yeah lack of experience :D

Anyways, went over to KFC at Penisula Plaza and ate a Family feast, which Leon and Gordon owe me and Alex money GRRRR ><
It took us a long while to reach Raffles Hotel; lucky we werent late. We met up with rest of F6 and 2-1 there .
R and J was an eye opener, Romeo had 6 packs while Juliet was damn hot~~!! Was rather glad i knew some of the impt lines by heart :) Heh the whole play was managed by 6 ppl, some playing multiple roles.
After the play, F6 parted company, with Alex going home early with Victor and Kaixiang, Gordon and Leon going somewhere and finally, me, Josh, Matthew and Darren going for supper at 7/11 and MRTing home.

Today was ... well eventful.
First, me and Matthew ate at Toast Box, which serves really simple yet delicious food .
Then went to Bishan Library to study science and maths, with the addition of Joshua, who ate KFC.
Soon, we were going to go off.
And thats when Matthew came up with the idea of writing his phone no. on a graph paper with a heart and placing it on some IJTP girls desk, which Joshua volunteered to do but couldnt due to chickened out/time constraint. Admittingly, i was rather scared as well :D
Matthew, with his coolness, walked cleanly past them and left it on their table.
We were laughing all the way down to the exit (:

When i reached home, to my horror , no one was home...
My bro had gone to his frens house w/o telling anyone.

Went to Airport for briefing and dinner.

Anyways, started the tour when we reached Incheon Airport lolz

First thing had to change clothes.

Looked pretty bulky xP.

Our first stop was this place,

When i went down it was freakin cold omg

First, i tried a snowmobile.

Uber bumpy, but kinda cool when u get the hang of it xP
Then we had this boat,
When we sat on it, a ski mobile tht was attached to it rode off
Quite shiok, had a few bumps~
Lastly, we went for a ride,
Whereby one sits on this circular tube and slides down the steep, icy slope
VERY funn, though it seems mundane.
The journey to the top is really daunting.
Alt u can go by the mid, but tht 1 no kicks de.

Aft tht we went to Mount Sorak
Its a very scenic place, full of mountains
Clinmbed the mountain aft a cable car ride up
Then the saga of the yr happened.
Our tour was taking the cable car
But we were abit seprated.
In between us were a few members of another Korean tour grp
Then the tour guide suddenly started pushing around and yelling for her tour
To come forward.
Then when my tour guide told her we were going first,
They exploded into a ownage argument.
Korean tempers are GHEY OMG!
Lucky our tour guide was very persistent
Cuz he looks nth like a tour guide, more of a criminal ROFL
Anyways, we had our way.
Everyone was laughing our asses off in the cable car xP
When we were walking down,

Me and Gin Kee were the only probates there..
At first felt abit left out, then Chiu Yang came oso, so we sorta tagged along
Was quite fun actually, though it was mentally draining...

Anyways, first we helped to carry some boards over to General office
They were OMG HEAVY!!!! WTF?
My hands were bruised like mad aft carrying one time omg.

After that, tagged along with Chiu Yang to be tour guides
Unluckily, we got a Chinese speaking couple first..
Our 3rd member, a Scout and Council Probate, helped us lolz.
It was really hard, me and Chiu Yang were just screwed
Our 2nd tour was so-so, just that Chiu Yang pangsei us wtf..
Haizz, finished the tour then i solo on my own,
Wasnt sure of myself, but i went over to an incoming family
Introduced myself, and brought them around.
It was a very enriching experience, that family.

First day was Inter House Sec 1 games.
Participated in Soccer lolsss
As expected, we pwned all the other hses hands down.
Against Noel : 2-0
Against Joseph : 1-0
Against Phillipe : 2-0

Damn fun hahaha~
We were first, followed by Joseph, Phillipe then Noel.
Was a HUGE surprise that Phillipe beat Noel
Cuz when we fought them, they showed great team chemistry

Then we observed a minute of silence
Before Lee An mutiliated it.
GROSS!!! LOL.
First use the stick to prod.
Then stuffed the bottle in mouth.
Then came back with a rock and prodded it.
Then finally threw the rock.
A lump of meat came out.
UGH HARDCORE GORE :(

3. Performances
First up was the sexy 1,
All the Sexy gymnastics, LOL
A few ppl were horny hahaz.
Then came the Getai 1.
Slack la, highlight was the 85 cm singer.

Cuz when they went teahouse ytd,

Was okay until PE...
Mr Goh took over Mr Chew's period lmaoz
Then cuz we dunno, we started fooling around when
Captain start warm-ups.
Then suddenly Mr Goh shout at us fall in properly;

So he told us to knock it down
4 x 10 = 40 push-ups
Then he oso saw Desmond trying to act cool
By doing cross leg pumping,
he made us do 40 in that position,

Then he made us do all over again...

National Day Celebrations are today~
Not too bad, especially the early release =DD
